The Enviro Liner® 6000 formulation is a proprietary polyolefin material designed for outstanding durability, chemical resistance, and flexibility. North American made Enviro Liner® 6000 is available in black or white styles in 12ft wide rollstock, or as a prefabricated panel, in thicknesses of 20, 30 , and 40 mil. Every step in the production of an Enviro Liner® 6000 geomembrane is completed according to our registered quality management system ensuring that your liner adheres to stringent standards for your critical application. The Enviro Liner® 6000 formulation includes a proprietary UV inhibitor/antioxidant additive package making Enviro Liner® 6000 the most durable thin film geomembrane available on the market for exposed service applications. In fact an extended 20 year weathering warranty is available for purchase on black styles of Enviro Liner® 6000 for exposed applications.

4. Installation
Each liner panel produced is a custom panel. The prefabricated panels to best match the containment area can also be produced in the factory work shop. Panels are folded in one direction and then rolled in the other direction. Unfolding instructions and dimensions are marked on the individual liner panel. Each panel is wrapped in an opaque, weather resistant covering suitable for shipment and storage. Place panels according to the drawings and the panel layout. Sufficient thermal slack shall be incorporated during placement to ensure that harmful stresses do not occur in service.  Place any extra material in the containment area, do not pull liner tight. Distribute slack wrinkles evenly.  For complete installation information, contact your Layfield Representative.

7. Warranty
Products sold will meet Layfield's published specifications. Any extended warranty required by the buyer must be negotiated at the time of order. Extended warranties may be available on this product and may be at extra cost. Full warranty details are available from Layfield.

8. Maintenance
Geomembranes should be inspected at least once per year for damage, stress, or any other detrimental condition. The entire containment area should be visually inspected annually. Layfield provides geomembrane maintenance services on request.
