Layfield has many products that provide service at airports including secondary containment liners, geogrids, geotextiles, tarpaulin systems, erosion control, and many others. Layfield has provided secondary containment liners for airports in remote locations and has helped develop systems for the containment and recycling of deicing fluids.
Our feature product for airport markets is our HAZGARD 535 secondary containment liner material. This material meets the requirements for secondary containment in the Canadian National Fire Code and is suitable for all aviation fuels. Layfield has also been working with airports to develop deicing fluid pads and recycling facilites. We can provide liners to go underneath deicing pads, line ditches and collection basins, and have provided lined tanks to contain recycled deicing solutions.
