For more than 35 years Layfield Environmental Systems has been involved with the Oil and Gas industry in the exploration, refining, transportation, and distribution of petroleum products. Layfield manufactures and fabricates hundreds of Frac Tank Liners and Oil pit liners. We also have a full line of technically advanced secondary containment geomembrane liners for all types of chemicals and fuel containment applications. We are one of the largest fabricators of evaporation and insulated tank covers. Layfield Environmental Systems has one of the largest construction crews in the industry specializing on the installation of geosynthetics and geomembrane containment systems.
Layfield's featured products include our Enviro Liner brand of geomembranes, including our Enviro Liner® 4000 for frac tank liners. This product has good chemical and UV resistance as well as excellent flexibility to resist bridging, tearing and puncture. For Oil pit liners, we recommend both Enviro Liner® 4000 and our economy grade Enviro Liner® 3000. For secondary containment of hydrocarbons Layfield recommends Enviro Liner 6000HD. HAZGARD® 535 is a fire retardant geomembrane ideal for secondary containment of flammable and combustible liquids.
Layfield can address most secondary containment requirements for petroleum storage, chemical storage, produced water, heated oil tanks, and condensate. We also provide site run-off ponds and waste water treatment containments, sulfur block liners, geotextiles, geogrids, and a complete line of tarpaulin and enclosure systems.
